• The CamFlow web dashboard and management platform
• CamFlow automated browser sessions on managed environments
• The CamFlow API and backend services

It does not apply to information collected by third-party webcam platforms (Stripchat, Chaturbate, LiveJasmin, Streamate, Flirt4Free, Xmodels, ImLive, or others) which have their own privacy policies.

• Analyze fan photos using AI Vision when sent during conversations
• Display real-time analytics and performance dashboards
• Reference media catalog metadata for intelligent selling suggestions (actual content hosted on platforms)

• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or abuse
• Send product updates or marketing emails (opt-out any time)

CamFlow uses proprietary AI models to generate chat responses and analyze content. When processing conversations:

• Fan messages and relevant context are processed by our AI engine to generate responses.
• All AI processing is done securely with enterprise-grade data protection.
• Fan data is never used to train external AI models.
• Fan media analyzed by AI Vision is processed in real-time and not permanently stored beyond your account.

We continuously improve our AI models to provide better, more natural conversations while maintaining strict data privacy standards.

CamFlow integrates with third-party webcam platforms including Stripchat, Chaturbate, LiveJasmin, Streamate, Flirt4Free, Xmodels, and ImLive. Important notes:

• CamFlow is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these platforms.
• Data captured from these platforms (chat messages, fan activity) is processed according to this Privacy Policy.
• Each platform has its own terms of service and privacy policy that you must comply with independently.
• We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform policies or functionality.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep CamFlow secure and measure traffic.

• Account data — retained as long as your account is active.
• Chat data & fan insights — retained as long as your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion or upon request.
• Fan media (photos sent by fans) — retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual items at any time. Model content is never stored by CamFlow.
• Usage & analytics data — retained for up to 24 months in anonymized form.
• Billing records — stored for seven (7) years to comply with tax law.

• TLS encryption for all data in transit.
• Encrypted storage at rest for sensitive data.
• Row-Level Security (RLS) ensuring studios can only access their own data.
• Role-based access control (admin vs studio permissions).
• JWT-based authentication with secure token management.
• Regular security reviews and monitoring.

Under GDPR (EU/UK):

• Access — request a copy of your personal data.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data.
• Restriction — limit how we process your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
