By creating an account or using CamFlow.AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be 18 years or older and able to enter a binding contract. By using CamFlow, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials. You must keep your login information secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Each account is assigned to a specific studio. Studio administrators are responsible for managing model access and permissions within their account.

CamFlow is an AI-powered chat automation and fan management platform for webcam studios and models. The Service includes:

• AI chat engine that generates automated responses to fans on supported webcam platforms.
• Fan CRM with automatic profiling, classification, and insight tracking.
• Smart Onboarding with existing fan base import and AI readiness assessment.
• Media catalog management with AI-powered selling suggestions.
• Real-time dashboard for monitoring conversations, sessions, and analytics.
• Automated browser sessions for platform integration.

CamFlow is designed for legitimate webcam studio operations. You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or the terms of service of any integrated webcam platform.
• Generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal content of any kind.
• Harass, spam, or deceive fans or platform users.
• Publish or share hateful, discriminatory, or misleading content.
• Infringe on anyone's intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract CamFlow's source code, AI models, or proprietary systems.
• Use CamFlow outputs to train or fine-tune any third-party AI or language model.
• Bypass webcam platform rules, payment processor terms, or regional compliance requirements.
• Share your account credentials or provide access to unauthorized third parties.

"Content" means text, images, videos, configurations, or other data you upload or create through CamFlow.

• Ownership — You retain all rights to your Content.
• License to us — You grant CamFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, and display your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• Responsibility — You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your Content.

CamFlow generates AI-powered chat responses on behalf of your models. Important considerations:

• AI responses are generated based on model configurations, conversation context, and fan profiles you provide.
• Each studio has full control over the AI dynamic prompt — you can customize and optimize it in real-time from the dashboard to match your preferences.
• You (the studio or model) are ultimately responsible for supervising AI-generated content.
• CamFlow does not guarantee that AI responses will always be appropriate, accurate, or error-free.
• You should regularly review AI conversations and adjust configurations as needed.
• CamFlow is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated messages sent to fans.

CamFlow operates on a subscription model with included monthly tokens.

• Tokens are consumed based on the type and complexity of each action — such as AI conversations, fan synchronization, media imports, and other platform operations. Consumption rates vary by action type and may be updated periodically.
• Each subscription plan includes a monthly token allowance that resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Additional tokens can be purchased as needed from the dashboard.
• All fees are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for billing issues.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

CamFlow integrates with third-party webcam platforms. You acknowledge that:

• CamFlow is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Stripchat, Chaturbate, LiveJasmin, Streamate, Flirt4Free, Xmodels, ImLive, or any other integrated platform.
• You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service independently.
• Platform integrations may change or become unavailable due to third-party policy changes.
• CamFlow is not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms against your account.

All CamFlow software, AI models, branding, documentation, and proprietary technology are the sole property of CamFlow. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while these Terms are in force.

All third-party platform names, logos, and trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." CamFlow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We do not guarantee specific revenue results or performance outcomes.
• We do not guarantee compatibility with future changes to third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CamFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, revenue, or goodwill, even if we were advised of the possibility.

Our aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to CamFlow in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, violate the Acceptable Use Policy, or misuse the Service.

• Upon termination, you must stop using the Service.
• We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period following termination.
• You may request a data export before account deletion.
• Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CamFlow from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
